2nd stage move-on (6 – 12 months)

This project is another 9 bed property with similar communal facilities, but more of them. Clients here are actively back in control of their lives, though on-site support continues to improve the likelihood of their successful transition into independent living. An on-call duty officer is available outside office hours and at weekends.

At this project, clients are likely to be either working or volunteering or in education again and looking positively forward to regaining an independent place in the local community. Any problems with drugs or alcohol will be resolved or under control and the client will be looking forward to a brighter future in their own home.
