Direct Access (0-3 months stay on average)

This is a 12 bed project with communal lounge, kitchen, garden and dining room. Everyone has a private fully furnished bedroom, but will share bathrooms and toilets with other residents.
New clients receive a welcome pack (link) on arrival and are supported by intensive 24/7 support as they settle in.

Once clients have settled in and their levels of confidence have started to improve, they are expected to start work on gaining some stability in their lives and to be making plans for their future.
