FINAL RESETTLEMENT SUPPORT SERVICE
Once an offer of independent housing has been accepted, our resettlement support service helps up to 15 clients at a time move in and achieve a successful transition to independent living. The support will include managing changes to finances, the world of work or training, developing sustainable living in the community. Once agreed, the client will be left to manage their own affairs although they can always ring us if they hit a crisis or need a little informal advice. We also invite them to become a volunteer with us or keep in touch if they wish.
