Medway Cyrenians has a commitment to identify ways of improving the physical environment in all our projects ensure we involve clients in our decision-making wherever possible continuously review our performance to ensure we deliver services which are high quality and creative

The results of this survey will be used to help us achieve the above commitments. Overall, it seems that most service users are satisfied with the standard of accommodation and the support services that Medway Cyrenians provide, which is pleasing, but there are still clear areas that we could improve on, and these will be considered when the business plan and budget are set for 2009/2010

We would like to thank service users for their invaluable contribution to the survey and hope you find this report informative. We intend to conduct the survey annually so that we can compare results with previous years.

As this is the first survey we have undertaken of this kind, we would welcome any feedback on how we can improve the way we collected the information and how this report has been presented.
